Health Reasons For Going Braless
It’s time to let the ladies be free if that’s your cup of tea. Even if it’s not, maybe consider taking it for a spin - wondering why?
Bra’s are an invented necessity and “preventing sag” is a lie - according to research bra’s aren’t saving our backs, they aren’t helping our breasts stay perky and … they aren’t doing anything else for us either. In fact, bra’s may weaken the muscles around breasts, meaning that going braless can result in perkier ladies!
There may be a correlation between breast cancer and wearing a tight bras for hours per day. I won’t pretend to know everything about this, so please read the abstract of this study here, where you have the option to download the full study. There are a variety of factors here, as other articles point out correlation is not causation.
Kick the shoulder pain - This one is an immediate win. I can’t be the only one who gets grooves in their shoulders due to the distribution of weight from their bras. Spoiler alert, this doesn’t happen when you don’t wear a bra.
Okay, so here’s the thing. The health reasons for going braless are not extremely clear, in fact there are studies contradicting studies. So, while we wait for the medical community to come back to us with answers about our health as it relates to bras, here are some plain GOOD reasons that may or may not have anything to do with health.

SAVING MONAAAAY. Imagine all of the money in your back account if you never had to buy another bra again…
No bands riding up, or down or sideways. No adjustment needed.
No more wires poking you. HALLELUJAH!
